My method might seem a bit like buying a fast car only to keep it in the garage. But at least it's still there when I need it. (Besides, if my little experiment works, it might tell a lot about what's going on.) The people who are hardest hit by all this would be those who are only able to use their connection during the 4-12 peak hours. I hope Hughes takes this into account when they throttle someone.
