@comcast.net
your using comcast, or it would say otherwise on your post. Try looking at your bill.

Williamsport PA was the former Suscom system.

Suscom was acquired from Comcast on October 31, 2005.

A history of Suscom is here:

If you want the actual corp #, it's the first 5 digits of your account number on your bill.

The Willismsport area is a 750 MHz HFC 2-Way CATV system. They use Scientific Atlanta customer equipment. The SA DVR's run the Passport guide, while the non DVR's run the SARA guide.

If you are trying to find what headend you're on... look at the bottom of any previous service-call receipts (pink paper). It says the headend on there. That's how I was able to determine I was on the Penn Hills headend.

some guy in the chat told me that i was 550 mhz and that comcast was upgrading me to 750 right now. I was like I thought I was 750 and they would be upgrading me to 860 or 1ghz. He went to check and said he found out i was 750 and wasn't going to be upgraded. He then went on to say that my system was maxxed out and they wouldn't be adding anymore channels for a LONG time.
Is comcast just talking out of their rearend or is he correct?
