I mentioned that I was on "unlimited" but alas, it didn't exist anymore and the rep told me there was nothing they could do about it.
But it sure sounded good when the retention rep told me I'd definitely have it! 
Edit: From my personal experience, retention will tell you whatever you want to hear because it counts as a sale for that rep. And when you call in all upset about it the next month, it's somebody else's problem. Don't believe a single word they say and make sure you get them to email you the contract details, especially with the unlimited part. I guarantee you, they won't do it. |
