I am glad, I am not the only one withthis problem. So it seems that NYC customers don't get these HD channels yet.

Whe the customer Service tried to reboot my Box remotely, and trying to send sugnals, it did not unlock teh channels. She coudn't figure out why I don't have these HD Channels. I think they are mis-informed. I get teh feeling these channels are not available yet since alot of customers signed up for the HD Tier 2 last year when it was available.

I know in Boston some HD Channels are locked in with Digital Vision. Do you guys subscribe to that as well?
