[Networking] Web Server Setup

I have a Hughes Net account using the DW7000 modem and would like to access one of my webservers on my local network from a public network such as the internet and do not wish to pay for a static IP address. Does anyone have any advice on how to accomplish this task using a dynamic IP address from Hughes?

I just went through this with Hughes and it appears that it isn't possible. The only info you can get from them is that they don't support remote access. From a conversation I had with another dealer (WB) their business plans will support port forwarding but plans are $80 and up with a new install being required and then $10 a mo for a static IP.
