Utica, MI		Is WOW blocking traffic on port 3389?

I use RDP to access my PC remotely. Beginning about two weeks ago I no longer can access via RDP on port 3389. Used port forward in my router to direct another port to 3389 and it works. Has anyone else had this problem with port 3389?
