Half the time it can't even find my phone numbers, two of which already have service and have had for years.  Getting the Direct folks involved is probably your best bet.<br><br>That U-verse blurb is just an ad they stick on if it determines you are out of DSL range. Direct will let you know what options you have.<br><br>I had someone call in to check about DSL.  Online it said they couldn't get it. <description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/411904"><b>gdm</b></A> : It means you may be to far from a CO or RT which serves DSL to customers.  U-Verse has it's own equipment and is in locations that can't service users DSL.<br><br>For instance at my location I have had comcast up till Feb. of this year.  I was to far from a CO and RT so no choice except comcast cable.  Then in February U-Verse became an option.]]></description>
