If one of the internet heavyweights servicing Ontario and Quebec offered a 250 gigabyte bandwidth cap for what they currently charge, the state of the internet in Canada would be a hell of a lot better than what it is today. And while I probably wouldn't go for it due the price increase (I like paying $30 for 200 gigabytes of transfer), it would at least be a reasonable alternative compared to the nonsense that Bell and Rogers are offering now.
