| Contract Renewal
Alright, I've been with videotron for over 2 years now and in a few weeks I will be at the end of my 12 month contract. I have the extreme high speed internet and crappy analog cable for a total of 94$ a month.
I want to negotiate a better deal with them getting more bang for my buck  I may want to get a better cable package as I will be getting a HD TV in the near future. Can anyone suggest what I should try doing in retentions and also how to reach them? |

Yes, threatens to go to the concurence at the end of your contract, normally they will transfer the fidelity department...
Remember that you have to do that, 30 days before the end of your contract if not will be automatically renewed at the same condition. |

There is no negociating with Videotron. Their retensions department have absolutly NOTHING to offer. I would call it a waste of time.
When my contract was up a month ago, i asked them for :
- Unlimited Extreme internet as it originally was at the beginning of my contract.
They said that's not available anymore and that's it. So i told them not to renew and i took my business elsewhere. Told them to clearly write it down that my cancellation was due to unlimited internet no longer available.
