<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/944888"><b>mozart11</b></A> : Anyone else have channel 39 being dark and like film is melted?<br><br>I called and they want to send out a tech. This is twice it has happened.<br><br>It goes away in a few hours.<br><br>And it's on the IO box or straight coax to a tv. So it's not my connection I assume.]]></description>
