| reply to AZinOH Re: Speedstream 4200>>>>HELP!!
alright, cool & thnx...but I put dsl cable in modem, then the ethernet cable, the plugged in the power cord, and I couldn't connect to the internet. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the speedstream not working, but when I called to ask for the speedstream of course I got India!!! I'm sure he just sent it(or had it sent). but like when we 1st got service, WS had to call us and get the MAC address. Maybe they don't have it off this modem either?!? and thats the problem?!? i'm not sure why it won't work. Any suggestions??? |
