| well, you have to be able to get online in order to put in ur pw and name. when i click internet explorer, it says "this page cannot be displayed"

Open IE and go to 192.168.254.254. The username and password are admin/admin. Once that opens, go to set up and enter your username (with @windstream.net) and password. That should get it going if you were up before. |
