[Servers] Tools to Re-size NT 4 ntfs

I have a Proliant ML350 G3 with four drives 36.4gb which is Raid 5. The server has NT 4, Ya I know it's not support, please no jokes.

What tools can I use to re-size the partition so I can upgrade to 2003. I do not want to rebuild this server.
