Actually I did. I think she was new though, it took her over 30 minutes of fumbling around just to give me a price.
I may call back and try to get a different rep tomorrow. Think I'd have more luck calling the local office number rather than the 800 national number? |

| use the local tw number not 1800-ok cable, we have had the triple play for a couple of years now and did not do a contract, we just went to a contract by our choice to recive the additional discounts 10% for a two year contract so we now pay 134.07 and this includes tax and fees for digital tv ,hd-dvr ,digital phone ,and road runner standard at 10/512 |

Im curious because my nephew just got cable installed on Ditmars Blvd - and he's paying 163.00 a month for Triple play and 2 premiums. |

Astoria, NY | no.We did not get any premiums but the 1 and 2 year contracts have discounts on the premiums of 5% on the 1 year and 10% on the 2 year |
