At this point you need to log back into the Actiontec. The easiest way to do this is to connect a PC directly to an Actiontec LAN port. If you have disabled DHCP server in the Actiontec (step 11), you will need to configure your PC with a static IP address on the same subnet as the Actiontec (it may be 192.168.1.x or it may have changed).
Once logged into the the Actiontec, you can go to the MY NETWORK->NETWORK CONNECTIONS and see if you created the bridge between the ethernet WAN and the coax. If not, resume from step 14:
14) Click Add at the bottom right.
15) Select Network Bridge -> Next -> Select Add a New bridge -> Next -> Check Broadband Ethernet and Coax. Uncheck Wireless. -> Click Next.
16) Check Edit the Newly Created Connection and click on Finish |
