[Connectivity] Philadelphia- Problem with Xbox Live

I have a problem with Xbox Live for the 360 that has appeared around 2 months ago. No matter what game I play online, I get disconnected from the game, but still stay connected to Xbox Live. It will always happen around 5-15 minutes into the match and then I just get booted back to the lobby or what have you. I tried clearing the cache, doing an connection test, restoring factory settings, etc.
I am running a direct connection to my modem and my MAC is 00-07-E9-78-BB-25.
It has worked fine for a couple of years up until a couple months ago.

I forgot to mention this happens with WoW as well. I will disconnect from the realm, but still stay connected to the internet, and can log back on in a second or two.

Not seeing anything special with this connection or anything of that nature. Does xbox or whatever give you any debug message or anything to say why it closed the connection?

UPDATE: Everything is fixed now
I exchanged my 7 year old modem for a new one at my local RCN center and everything is working now
