my low and mid stream pings failed and the ping back to me also failed.

Probably upgraded at your place the constant packet loss is probably you lost connection totally since its on both ends.
The EAST COAST to you seems fine those are similar results from what I have and other people.
They just need to fix it.

From what you post, this appears to be ICMP prioritization, not actual packet loss

I have a more detailed explanation in this thread as to what is going on

your average round trip times are 80ms which is acceptable for a coast-to-coast trip.

I have the same problem on the west side of Phoenix for the past 3-4 weeks after they installed new hardware for 1 gig.
Here is my line test. Not as bad as your first part on the east coast passed but second part west coast failed.

Iggy_AZ what you are seeing is ICMP prioritization, not actual packet loss. Please see bbeesley's post for a more detailed explanation of what is going on.
