<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/0"><b>anon</b></A> : I have a Comcast digital cable box (not HD) and on a few of the local channels (lower channels) the sound/video quality is terrible. It looks and sounds almost like a YouTube video with artifacts and the audio like what you would hear from a tape recorder. However, on the higher channels this doesn't seem to be a problem. Why is this? Thanks]]></description>
