Ping results on Doctor Ping have risen by approximately 10ms on average, and pauses have gotten longer. Some of the blame rests on AT&T, but most of it is due to increased traffic to YouTube, BitTorrent, etc. Also, hopping to another network, such as happens to the NJ test server, introduces a potential jam into the test.
