Question about connection...

Well im just sitting here and was working all the sudden my sprint connection manager popped up and said "Roaming something" and then disconnected. I hit go and it connected with no problem and without saying roaming. I went into connection properties and seen a totally new IP on both the server and client. I usually get a server and clien IP starting with 70.xxx.xxx.xxx. But when it did that roam thing and connected to a diff server the server IP started with 209.xxx.xxx.xxx and the client ip 68.xxx.xxx.xxx. Now when it did that it I did a speed test and noticed that my download had increased by 700 kb's and my upload decreased badly.
I get around 1300 kbps down and 450 kbps up when everything is normal. But when the server changed I was getting 2000 kbps down and 130 kbps up. I also noticed that when I go to speedtest.com closest servers to me are in texas, the closest had moved to somewhere is missouri.
I want to know what happened ? and if its a problem? I've never seen this "roam" stuff before.
I am at a constant -71dBm with FULL bars. I am only half a mile from the tower. I just don't understand what happened, I LOVED the download rate tho for the few seconds it did last lol.

Looks like your tower hiccuped and you went from RevA to RevO and back again.
