Errors after IOS upgrade

Hello,

yesterday I have upgraded Cisco 871 to latest IOS and I noticed following errors when router was rebooted:

Does this error indicate hardware error?

Thank you and kind regards,
M

It looks like corrupted flash memory. Try to redo the image upgrade. This time, choose to erase and format the flash memory prior copying image to the flash.

I did as suggested. Errors when booting the router are gone :). But when I verify flash i get following message:

Is it time to replace flash module? :(

Thank you kind regards, M

It still does not look right. It is possible that the new IOS image you have is corrupted. Try to re-download the image from Cisco website, and redo the upgrade.

I have re-upload the image. Same result as previous.

It's not a bug.

It's supposed to do that, but I can't say why on the thread (NDA). PM me, and I may be able to tell you.

I also have a Cisco 871W and when trying to load this image I get the same error when I try to verify the file. Maybe Cisco posted a bad file to CCO?

Embedded Hash MD5 : CA8AEC573B197AEC6BD5892DE23C4754
Computed Hash MD5 : CA8AEC573B197AEC6BD5892DE23C4754
CCO Hash MD5 : 9D39672246853C0F31533B6BCB21DFE5

Embedded hash verification successful.
File system hash verification failed for file flash:c870-advipservicesk9-mz.124-15.T5.bin(No such file or directory).
