In my area of the US, the provider only supplies combo modem/routers, so you may already have all the router you need. If you get a 192.168.x.x address out of it, it is a router as well as a modem.

Also in the US, 802.11g only has 3 non overlapping channels, (1,6, and 11) so you would need to arrange 10 WAPs very carefully not to have a channel conflict.
