<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1454894"><b>p3rs0n</b></A> : Hello,<br><br>My download speed for my XP box is really slow, and lately it is freezing on dowloads of 300 to 500 MB. The initial download speed starts out high then steadily decreases, then the download stops. As noted below I have a home network with 4 subnets (1 for the XP box, 1 for wireless, 1 for 2003 server-DMZ, and 1 unused). I do not have this speed issue with the 2003 server box.
