reply to viperlmw Well it IS Google's business... Verizon bought the spectrum with full knowledge that it was to be open to third parties. Perhaps Verizon shouldn't have spent the money if they aren't willing to honor the spirit of the agreement. Not like the terms were buried in fine print.
Course, maybe Hell froze over and Verizon ends up being 100% open.
