|  Wordpress Users: customizable Contact Form?
I am looking for an easy to customize contact form that would allow a visitor to check boxes off of various campaign items to have sent to them
Also another group of check boxes to select various methods they may want to help volunteer for the campaign
Does anyone know of an easy to customize contact form that works with WordPress that may suit my needs? I tried cforms but can't figure out how to customize it to add choices for the check box group |
