You seem to have failed at every step of your logic. The FCC is publicly funded and owns the airways. Said airways are PUBLIC PROPERTY. Yet, the FCC has FORCED private businesses to switch over. This wasn't a voluntary switch over. While we DO NOT own the stations, WE THE PUBLIC own the airways in which they use. Being the FCC (PUBLIC ENTITY) is forcing said stations (PRIVATE) to switch, we should be given the ability to get our stations at no cost. After all, I don't recall the stations wanting to do it? I recall the FCC (PUBLICLY OWNED) forcing this agenda. |
