It looks like corrupted flash memory. Try to redo the image upgrade. This time, choose to erase and format the flash memory prior copying image to the flash.

I did as suggested. Errors when booting the router are gone :). But when I verify flash i get following message:

Is it time to replace flash module? :(

join:2002-08-22		 It still does not look right. It is possible that the new IOS image you have is corrupted. Try to re-download the image from Cisco website, and redo the upgrade.

It's supposed to do that, but I can't say why on the thread (NDA). PM me, and I may be able to tell you.
