Laziness on their part? lol The tech didn't say anything wrong, he/she merely "dumbed down" the whole Ethernet port situation by saying the modem is "limited" to 5Mbit/s, which is roughly correct (I've seen them do between 5-7 myself)

Well thanks for the enlightenment hehe ... now I understand much better |
