so you basically have 2 internet connections on each device? if so, it will only use 1 at a time. and it will default to teh verizon most likely so it will never use the 3347 unless VZ is down.

you can setup a machine to handle 2 connections, but it is tricky and requires the use of multiple gateways and static routes.
