@mindspring.com		[TWC] Speed upgrade in flushing ny 11355

hi guys i was just wondering whats the highest speed you can get in flushing. i currently have 10megs down and 512 upstream, i called tw and asked if i can get 15 megs they said 10 megs is the highest we offer is that true?
