| Could regular Verizon phone line be better than Covad line?
My current Earthlink DSL service was set up by COVAD many years ago as a private line in addition to my regular Verizon phone line. My avg speed is 300x1250. How would I find out if the frequency response on my regular Verizon line is better and would improve my speeds if I transfer my DSL service to the regular phone line? |

| With Residential DSL you can't tell until it is installed. There is no pre-testing speeds or sync rates beforehand.
With a old install that is dedicated, you are grandfathered to a maximum of 1.5/384 on your Covad provisioned/Verizon owned line even if it is capable of going much faster.
