<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1150905"><b>RockyBB</b></A> : Vonage does not ship overseas.  You'll need a US address for delivery, then make arrangements for the package to be sent to you.  You'll need reliable broadband service where you're at.  Note that Vonage's terms of service do not permit you to use their adapters overseas ... in practice they won't turn you off, but they won't be obligated to help you in the event that you need troubleshooting.  If you can get a USB headset, Skype might be a better solution for you.]]></description>
