I want the ability to whip out an iPhone or laptop or what have you while I'm out and about and connect to the Internet. Whatever speed keeps browsing from being a nuisance is fast enough. I don't do a lot of heavy downloading. Mostly I surf and check and send e-mail. But I'm not adding a $60 a month expense for that. It wouldn't be justified.
So I would ask, if WiMAX is not an improvement over the EVDO tech Sprint already has, why did these companies throw 3 bil Sprints way to build this thing out? |
