And with good marketing FiOS can grab alot of customers if Comcast implements a cap, even though the cap wouldn't affect most people.

If I had a choice between FiOS and cable I'd choose FiOS anyways cap or no. So those only swithcing to FiOS because of some cap, are basically idiots. You could have switched already.

Lucky you, most of us, even those of us in wealthy tech-savvy areas like Silicon Valley, will never see FIOS in our lifetime, let alone any widespread FTTP service.
