Buy something that says 5-1000, just not Monster. You'll save money and show that you know better than to buy their crap.

BTW, I'm not sure there are indoor/outdoor splitters. There are products to make the coax connection 'weather tight', like plastic collars and double sided black tape that you can wrap around the connection. |
