Moreno Valley, CA		[TWC] HD Channel 9 in SoCal

What happened to the HD version of Channel 9 here in SoCal? The QAM tuner in my new TV used to pick it up on 104-525. Now whenever I tune to it, I get a message saying its scrambled. Is this by design or is something screwed up?
