Digis is very unreliable!

We have had Digis for both phone and internet for 5 months now. We were charged over $100 for installation even though there was NO mention of that when I called to set up the service. Our connection is constantly going down. Several weeks ago it quit altogether. They sent someone out several days later (not cool when it's both your phone and internet not working) and he said, "Your radio is fried. I put up a new one." I told him that's weird because we hadn't lived here that long. Then several days ago it was down again. Same guy came out. Said the same thing! The radio is fried. Tells me they hardly ever see this, and now it's happened to us twice! He starts to say, "If it happens again . . . " and I finish his sentence with, " . . . we will be switching services." This is tiresome and annoying and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
