<title>ATS 6011s phone trouble with inbound calls</title>

<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1491917"><b>canadien</b></A> :  I am having some problem with my 6011s phone. Recently (about a week ago) the ATS 6011s started to mute the sound on every inbound call. So the interlocutor can hear me but I can't hear them anymore. And from that time, every calls from others membrer (from the same provider) are automatically redirect in my voicemail (no recognition call from the phone).<br><br>I reset all settings and reinstall firmware (vprgap0032.bin) and nothing has changed. The phone was perfectly working for months with my voip provider, callcentric.<br><br>Any help would be appreciated.<br><br>canadien<br>-I know,  my english is bad  :uhh:-]]></description>
