| Question about PPPoE and use of a settings optimizer prog.
Hi,
I have been using a program that tweaks my registry settings for optimal speed. The program asks for "Connection Type" and one of the options are "PPPoE". I do have a DSL connection which uses PPPoE, but the authentication happens in my D-Link router, not on my computer. Should I then say "yes" to PPPoE or "no" since the computer isn't doing the authentication? |
