That would work if SP3 was distributed in ISO form. AFAIK, it's only downloadable as an EXE.

I will try and repackage it. I've been getting good at that lately.

I'll see if I can make an msi (if you're brave) and an iso installer.

I would think that the slipstreaming could be done in XP within Parallels, but I didn't try it.
Slipstreaming works just fine in a VM running Windows, whether you choose to do it manually (see the winsupersite.com link mentioned earlier) or choose to use nLite and have it spit out a bootable .iso ready to be burned. Pick your poison.

I can't think of way to integrate SP3 onto an existing disc "on a Mac" that doesn't involve booting Windows under VMware/Parallels.
