Given that we've seen so many people in this forum lately who have somehow gotten their speed profiles misconfigured by AT&T I'm inclined to go with that as the source of the problem.

I have a dedicated CAT5 run with a Keptel splitter at the NID. I sync up at at 6016/768 and never have the connection go lower. I'll post my SNR and DNT below. However, I can only download at 1.3Mbps. Upload speed is what I expect. Any ideas? could my 4 year old 5100b be causing problems? Do my stats look good?
