<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/586276"><b>premio</b></A> : I have had a rock solid DSL connection for as long as I can remember.  I have a dedicated CAT5 run with a Keptel splitter at the NID. I sync up at at 6016/768 and never have the connection go lower.  I'll post my SNR and DNT below.  I tried direct connecting a laptop into the modem to bypass my home network with the same result.  Ive tried x64 and x86 Vista only (is there some strange speed limit in Vista?  My stats show no CRC errors on <br><br>However, I can only download at 1.3Mbps.  Upload speed is what I expect.  Any ideas?  could my 4 year old 5100b be causing problems?
