He or she will be happy to sell you a connection.  You can even have a business connection AND a residential connection in the same location.  Just be sure you order the residential stuff first.<br><br>I have residential TV, phone and Turbo.  Plus I have a RR Biz Class account at the same address.<br><br>They just have to create a sub account in their system for the business service. About six months ago, I noticed that I was having some strange speed issues (nothing over about 500K) and suspected line problems.  I power-cycled the cable modem to see if that would help and I have been running at 15/2 ever since.  I think that they bumped the Business Class 7/1 up to 15/2 in the Columbia area.  Needless to say, I have not called to complain!!!]]></description>
