Need Help Picking a Cable Package

I'm moving in a couple weeks, and need to switch my Comcast service to my new address. Currently my apartment complex pays for basic cable and hsi, and we just pay a bit extra for digital and HD (though it's actually something like $30/mo)

ANYWAY, i'm moving, and want to set up service and want something slightly different than what i currently have. every time i try to talk to the comcast people to get an estimate of what to do and how much it will cost, they give me a huge run around and try to up-sell me like crazy. I am hoping you folks can help me figure out the best package for what i'm looking for.
Here's some info:

I'll be in zip code 80112. Channel wise, I really only want to have Comedy Central, Cartoon Network, Sci-Fi, and I want to get (at least) all the regular network channels in HD, though it would be nice to get some others as well. I just got a TiVo HD, so I don't want a digital/HD box/dvr and just want cable cards.
And I want to spend as little per month as possible... and I will need HSI as well, but that's a lot simpler.

Anyway, any advice or info anyone can provide me will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks much.

You will need to check with Comcast, but I know that with Digital Starter here, you get all the HD you want. So you should be able to get get Digital Starter with cable cards to get the channels you want. Here we get Sci-Fi HD with just Digital Starter. At worst, you'll need to upgrade to digital Classic, which would be $7-$10 more to get all the HD channels. That should run you around $65/month depending on area.

I would suggest for HSI going to a big box retailer(circity city, best buy, etc) and signing up there, as early as the day you get cable. Usually there is some special going on that HSI is $20/6 months and you get a $75 gift card to the store or something. Better deal than just having Comcast add it. The modem is free after rebate, but you don't have to purchase the modem, just tell them you already have one that will work.
