Have you ever gotten full Elite speed results on the speedtest?

Given that we've seen so many people in this forum lately who have somehow gotten their speed profiles misconfigured by AT&T I'm inclined to go with that as the source of the problem.

You can either post in Direct or else call into support and try to force your way to a Tier 2 tech who can check the profile at the aggregation router.
