Openvpn issue

Hello,

I am trying to set up an OpenVPN to access my home workstation from the office. Office firwall uses an ISA server. I can only use ports 8080 or 443 otherwise I get error message:

HTTP/1.1 502 Proxy Error ( The specified Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) port is not allowed. ISA Server is not configured to allow SSL requests from this port. Most Web browsers use port 443 for SSL requests.

Let say I configure my openvpn on port 443, I face then another problem, my ISP blocks all ports 1024. Are there any solutions? Is setting up a middle server with httpTunnel (»www.neophob.com/serendipity/inde···ies.html) necessary?

Any help would be very appreciated,

Ketou

I'm not quite sure about your comment about your ISP blocking port 1024, but one thing you might look into is the proxy support built into OpenVPN. You can configure OpenVPN to use your existing proxy server.

ISP is blocking all ports 1024. And yes i've set the proxy in the client config file. I think about the httpTunnel option but not sure this will do the thing...

blocks all ports under 1024 (small than symbol doesn't work)
