[HDTV] HD DVR Picture

In the last week I have noticed that when watching the Yankee games on 186 (HD) the picture seems to appear as if it is skipping frames resulting in a jerky motion. I've also noticed that the box seems to be very slow changing channels. Has anyone else experienced this?

I've seen this before and it first went away after a few reboots of the box. I later found that adjust the 480 override seems to help and that it only occurs when I had the output set to 1080i. These settings can be found by powering off the box (power button) and then hitting menu on either the remote or the front of the box. Hit menu again after adjust settings and then power the box back on.
