SELinux and/or grsecurity?
Yes, but..requires considerable end user skill..realistically beyond most pond scum like me. Linux not always user friendly..I guess thats the price..

Get Returnil, OA, threatfire, SSM, firefox, AE..Winpooch/WinPatrol ..never mind blacklistst..I agree
