Post your stats there and have them change the sync (don't mention the line having high latency or slow speeds yet, only ask for a change from 1.5Mbps to 3Mbps). Also, if they do change your speed and there is still a problem, ask Verizon Direct to fix that after you get 3Mbps. Be sure to give them speed tests and trace routes.]]></description>
