Netscape - newsgroup access?

A search indicates the last post on this topic was in fact mine in Mar 2006

The question remains the same - does an ADSL Netscape account come with NG access

In that thread 2 years ago, there was one "no" comment

but the Netscape FAQ's had this listed as an option (at least at one time, they did - cant find now)

and there is a traceable IP address attached to news.netscape.ca

Interested in comments from East and West, as we are effectively on different networks
