Where did you get the link from? Was it from a link on another site, search engine, advert, warez, etc.?

I'm really curious as to whether or not IE could be used to call up notepad to launch a redirect via explorer?
i clicked on it from google the first time. but i also get it when i click the link in this post. also if i copy and paste the link in IE i still get the notepad pop up. it is my notepad because it shows up in windows task manager under processes.

this is the only site i've ever seen this happen.
